if you are confused as to how a group order works, it is essentially a 3 part process!

• 1st payment: payment of the items you are buying!
• 2nd payment: also known as ems, this is the international shipping me from [X] country to me! this payment is either split evenly between joiners or split amongst weight of the items. (please do not ask for an estimate as this ranges all the time!)
• 3rd payment: also known as dom, this is the shipping fee from me to you. (please see gom information for shipping info)

these payments are all due at different times but most of the time ems + doms will be due at the same time!

$GROUP$ $ORDER$ $POLICIES$

• please make sure you are 100% committed to any and all orders you will join! it is also your responsibility as a buyer to keep up with updates regarding your order. please make sure to check the masterlist often!

• no back outs unless you can find a replacement, you must let me know your replacement once found

  • it is not my responsibility to find you a replacement. if you cannot find one then you CANNOT backout. if you have already paid, it will be up for reclaim with no refund

• do not claim if you cannot pay for it, do not waste time either

• $1- $2 GOM FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CLAIMS, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS (varies by size of group order and either stamped or tracked due to supplies)

• payments are required when payment info is sent in gc, payments are due usually within 24-48 hours (unless you need an extension)

  • if you cannot pay by deadline, let me know asap!
    • i will allow extensions up to a week after the deadline. AFTER one week, i will be adding $1 late fee per day late.
  • refunds are only given if order does not go through, or i am refunded by seller/site
  • !! please note that it is not my responsibility to keep reminding you about payment deadlines. if your payment is not submitted by the deadline then your goods will be up for reclaims.
    • i will send you ONE to TWO reminders, after that, i will put the items up for reclaims.
